We begin our personalised process by collecting inspiration from YOU, the couple! We want to know your style, what you love, about your relationship and what makes you exceptionally unique so we can produce the framework for the most important day of your lives. We listen, we learn, we research, we create, and we have a lot of fun along the way.The complete event experience for you and your guests is the focus of our planning. We produce every genre. From elegant and luxurious to rustic and laid back—whatever your style—we can produce it.It’s difficult to describe our personal style because there’s something in every genre that we love. Your Pinterest-worthy day will be crafted by experts with your vision at the center. We always go above and beyond because nothing is more important than you enjoying the best day of your life. We are known for our inspiring designs, attention to detail, for our fun yet precise planning style, flawless execution, and our strong relationships with our vendors to produce stress-free weddings.
budget
We believe in transparency. We will honour your budget and thusly discuss money with you from start tofinish. Once we know what you’d like to spend, we will distribute it accordingly and manage to that budget so you will not be surprised by the final total.
Weddings require a considerable amount of time to plan, have a lot of moving parts, and necessitate many helping hands. We only work with reputable and reliable vendors and there’s a reason they’re consid- ered the best of the best.
The base line we use for calculating an estimate, is to plan for $400 per person. Wanting to invite 120 guests? 120 guests x $400 = $48,000 to create your day.
Of course, this is simply a rough estimate that doesn’t consider every possible circumstance.
This figure is realistically on the low-end of what it takes to produce a dream wedding. We’re very experienced at this and it’s best to establish a budget now before you start planning—we don’t want to have tosacrifice elements later that are really important to you. If increasing your budget is not an option, then wehighly recommend reducing your guest count so you don’t have to give up part of your big day.

Bookings
Space is limited. We only accept a limited number of bookings each year to ensure we are able to devote the time necessary to create a flawless, unique day for each of our couples. Dates are not considered booked without a signed contract and deposit.
Once you and your better half are ready to get the ball rolling (for what is sure to be an unforgettable day) we’ll schedule a complimentary consultation. In-person or via Skype for our long-distance couples.

PACKAGE 1
Wedding Management
Also known as “Month of Coordination”
Includes approximately 50+ hours of:
12 OR MORE WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING DAY
One guidance meeting at any point after booking us, up until 12 weeks before your wedding. This meeting is simply for you to pick our brain and for us to help guide you with the beginning or middle stages of your planning, vendor selection or even family advice—whatever you need to help make the planning easier on you. Unlimited + on-going phone or email communication begins; Access to our Preferred Vendor List.
4-6 WEEKS PRIOR TO WEDDING DAY
Consultation to discuss and review all wedding day details + ideas; hand over of all vendor contracts to Wild&Whim; assist in ensuring logistics + time frames are realistic and reorganise with vendors where necessary; one walkthrough of the venue with the couple to fully understand planned layout; preparation + personalization of wedding day timeline; confirmation + coordination of all vendors;
1 WEEK PRIOR TO WEDDING DAY
Follow-up consultation to review final wedding details; wedding day timeline finalised + emailed out to all vendors.
WEDDING REHEARSAL
Orchestrate wedding walk through; meet + coordinate your wedding party (if applicable); assist Wedding Officiant with processional + recessional; pick up of all necessary wedding day details (favours, place cards, guest book, seating chart, table numbers, to deliver/set up at wedding venue(s) on wedding day as needed.
WEDDING DAY
Your designated Principal Planner onsite for the entire day as required (approx. 12+ hours); set up of fine details at both ceremony + reception; coordination of ceremony + reception; greet + direct guests, assist with processional, coordination of vendor arrivals + set up; facilitate wedding party arrival + entrance; guide master of ceremonies (M/C) throughout the reception; ongoing facilitation of wedding day itinerary + timeline adjustments as necessary; transfer flowers + decor from ceremony to reception site where needed (size within reason); troubleshoot any unexpected occurrences; safely place all your gifts in responsible trusted family members car, depart once the party kicks off.

Partial Planning
This is a meatier version of our Month-of package, ideal for couples who feel they have the time to plan their wedding but want more professional guidance in doing so. An experienced planning “BFF” if you will. This package includes all of the details included within “Month-of Coordination” plus two additional Guidance Meetings, as well as ongoing email communication from the time of booking. We lend you our valuable industry knowledge and experience to set you up for planning success, guiding your decision making, expenditures and vendor selections. The difference between this package and our Full Planning package is that you are left in charge of all vendor communication until we take over for Month-of Coordination.

STYLE & DESIGN
Style boards, venue layouts, wedding or party design and set up. If you need or have a special vision, we’ve got you covered. We’re known for our unique designs, organic-feeling events and personalised details.
DESIGN CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
Conceptual brainstorming & creative direction consulting, visual imagery created through development of ceremony + reception floorplans + personalised inspiration boards; design proposal; floral, signage + stationery elements as well as preliminary invoice outlining all estimated costs based on a pre-determined budget.
PREPARATION + PERSONALISATION
Researching + sourcing of all decor related elements for ceremony and reception; full site and floor plan design and documentation. Sourcing décor/design elements to fit brief: lighting, florals, paper goods & signage
EXECUTION
Overseeing + completing decor set up to ensure perfection, as well as return for end of night take-down or next day; once we know venue access, allocated set up/strike time and scale of decor/floral is confirmed.
From full-scale concept design to rental and decor placement - ask us to put together a custom plan and creative set up to suit all your styling needs.

THIS IS YOUR BIG DAY! And it truly is a big ass day when itcomes to pulling it all off.
With the Full Planning package we are ultimately your “Project (a.k.a. Wedding) Manager.” We create budgets; work to save you money; we have the experience to know all necessary questions to ask; ensure you do not unnecessarily overspend on any one aspect; introduce you to our network of reputable and reliable vendors; ensure you have an awesome team with you on your wedding day; and spend the countless hours researching, planning and organising. Most importantly, we will make sure you actually HAVE FUN throughout the planning process as well as enjoy every minute of your wedding day. You are simply required to spend some time with us so we have the opportunity to get to know you, your style, your vision, preferences and “must-haves,” then sit back, relax and enjoy all of the fun and exciting experiences leading up to your special day. You can be as involved or uninvolved as you would like to be—after all, it is your wedding and we are happy as long as you are VERY happy!

PLANNING STAGE
Unlimited consultations + conversations via phone or email; budget creation + management; venue site inspection + decor assessment; development + management of floor-plan; research, recommendation, booking + confirmation of all vendors; scheduling + attendance of all vendor meetings; individually designed master checklist within budget + detailed vendor list; act as point of contact for venue + vendors; determine + organise rental requirements; and from start to finish, be a professional sounding board for your questions + concerns about anything from guest list drama + old school traditions to music suggestions.
FINAL WEDDING PREP
Preparation + personalisation of wedding day itinerary; re-confirmation + coordination of all vendors; pick up of all necessary wedding day details (favours, placecards, guest book; seating chart, etc) to deliver to wedding venue(s) on wedding day as needed.
WEDDING REHEARSAL

Supplementary Offerings
SET UP- $750.00
For the couples who have planned themselves and just need detailed, day-of personnel to enact your plan—we are here! From placing signage and arranging furniture to tablescapes, cutlery, napkins and lawn games—our team will bring your vision to life. We will send you a form about a month out from your date which will give us all the details relating to your set up and styling- placement of items etc... We’re happy to set, glassware, menus, place cards, napkins, signage, props, lawn games and even furniture if needed. Just let us know and we’d be happy to make it happen!

2-HOUR POWER PLANNING SESSION | $260
At any point in your planning, you can assemble us for an opportunity to pick our very experienced brains. If you’re stuck—we have answers! Allow us to guide you through vendors, ensure you’re asking the right questions, provide a working timeline, help with a floorplan or even give family advice. A virtual, or in person 1:1 session with Alina to help you with all your wedding planning struggles, so you can stop stressing and start enjoying your wedding planning process.
