Partial planning

We offer you guidance throughout the planning process, which can include a budget breakdown, tons of vendor recommendations, a timeline outline, site visits to help determine your layout and floor plan, ongoing email support right up until we take over the month prior to your wedding. We will give you our industry insight and knowledge while still leaving you in charge of your vendor communication. You’ll be a planning pro without even realising it!

takeover co-ordination

We will tie up any last minute bits and pieces, confirm with all of your vendors, help create a wedding day timeline, be your eyes and ears on the big day and deliver your day precisely as you imagined it. We’ll handle the behind the scenes work and you can simply pop some bubbles and celebrate!

We take over a month before the wedding communicating and coordinating with all vendors in preparation for the big day. We will meet with you to create a down-to-the-minute timeline and to troubleshoot any difficulties you may have. We will then send the timeline to your vendors and take over your communication with them so that on the day of your wedding, you can focus on having fun while we coordinate all the details.

wedding day management

Our day-of coordination service is ideal for those seeking assistance on the event day, with minimal planning to keep costs manageable. It’s perfect for DIY hosts who have done most of the work and just need an expert to help finalise everything.

PRIOR TO THE WEDDING:

  • One site visit

  • One rehearsal

  • Two email/virtual prep sessions

  • Introduced to your coordinator 2 weeks before

  • Address any overlooked details 

WEDDING DAY:

  • 10 hours of support  on the day of your event

  • Vendors management on site

  • One lead coordinator + One Assistant

  • Cue timings with vendors like catering, bar staff, celebrant etc… 

  • Management of vendors on the day- coordinating- transport, drop off of items,

set-up

We will send you a form about a month out from your date which will give us all the details relating to your set up and styling- placement of items etc... We’re happy to set, glassware, menus, place cards, napkins, signage, props, lawn games and even furniture if needed. Just let us know and we’d be happy to make it happen!

  • Two staff on-site for 4 hours of setting up. 

  • Unlimited email communication.

  • One in person meeting prior to your wedding.

  • Set up ceremony and reception space at one location.

  • Travel within the Tauranga region
