If you’ve got everything under control but feel like you need more help rather than a takeover coordination situation but not as much as a full planning service then this is the perfect package for you. We offer you guidance throughout the planning process, which can include a budget breakdown, tons of vendor recommendations, a timeline outline, site visits to help determine your layout and floor plan, ongoing email support right up until we take over the month prior to your wedding. We will give you our industry insight and knowledge while still leaving you in charge of your vendor communication. You’ll be a planning pro without even realising it!

This package is for those DIY, organized brides who’ve got it under control but would like to pass the torch on the day of to make the magic happen. We want an adequate amount of time to learn about what you’ve been planning and then we take over the remainder of the preparations. We will tie up any last minute bits and pieces, confirm with all of your vendors, help create a wedding day timeline, be your eyes and ears on the big day and deliver your day precisely as you imagined it. We’ll handle the behind the scenes work and you can simply pop some bubbles and celebrate!
We take over a month before the wedding communicating and coordinating with all vendors in preparation for the big day. We will meet with you to create a down-to-the-minute timeline and to troubleshoot any difficulties you may have. We will then send the timeline to your vendors and take over your communication with them so that on the day of your wedding, you can focus on having fun while we coordinate all the details.

Whether you need help discovering your couple style, infusing your story into your wedding, or would like creative ideas that will give your wedding that WOW-factor. We will help you establish a style and theme, colour palette, create inspiration boards that reflect the vision, and present you with a creative presentation of your wedding day. We will be onsite for the setup and formulation of your vision and to ensure every little detail is flawlessly executed. We will be there the next day to make sure that all the pieces are collected and returned so you don't have to worry about a thing but enjoying married life!

For the couples who have planned themselves and just need detailed, day-of personnel to enact your plan—we are here! From placing signage and arranging furniture to tablescapes, cutlery, napkins and lawn games—our team will bring your vision to life. We will send you a form about a month out from your date which will give us all the details relating to your set up and styling- placement of items etc... We’re happy to set, glassware, menus, place cards, napkins, signage, props, lawn games and even furniture if needed. Just let us know and we’d be happy to make it happen!
